Once you have the Purple Wonderstone in SoS: Grand Bazaar, you can unlock a bunch of new windmill recipes for each one.
When you're in the early game of Story Of Seasons: Grand Bazaar, you'll continuously get introduced to different windmills as Isaac gives you different requests to unlock them. Each windmill has unique recipes, and these will be your main source of money once you get the right items.
