Larian has officially moved on from Baldur's Gate 3, barring maintenance of course. While we won't be seeing any new features, you can expect the occasional update to improve or fix particular issues. While it seems like one particular bug just won't go away, a game as massive as this will have the occasional bug pop up, even after two years.
