Bubsy 4D Is Way Better Than It Has Any Right To Be
Does Bubsy deserve another chance, or do millennials just love the trash from their childhood?
There’s a long answer for why Atari is making a new game in a series that has never had a good game, but the short (and slightly cynical) answer is that it owns the rights to Bubsy, and Bubsy has name recognition. It’s a lot easier to sell a game people know - even if the game they know is bad - than to get people to buy a game they’ve never heard of.
