This might not be great for Ubisoft's future.

Ubisoft hasn’t been doing great financially over the last few years. There’s been a lot of corporate drama within the company, including a diverted hostile takeover and a near change of ownership, and in an attempt to calm the waters, Ubisoft has decided to create a new subsidiary dedicated to Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, and Rainbow Six, backed by Chinese company Tencent.
