Cyberpunk 2077 might have a hidden reference to the version of V we saw in the 2018 demo, but she's seen better days.
Cyberpunk 2077 went through a whole lot of changes throughout development, as many games do. You can see some of them for yourself by going back and watching the gameplay demo we got at E3 2018, two years before the game launched. A few things were tweaked, and one of them was the model for the default female V.
