For the most part, you have to imagine Randy Pitchford is feeling smug about the launch of Borderlands 4. It quickly achieved the series' best-ever launch on Steam, comfortably surpassing Borderlands 2, and it soared to over 300,000 concurrent players on the platform over the weekend. The game, however, has been plagued by performance issues.
