Hideo Kojima Says "No I Won't" When Asked If He'll Play Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater
It's safe to say the Konami breakup has left a sour taste in Kojima's mouth.
Hideo Kojima and Konami's breakup was one of the most public, most high-profile that the games industry has ever seen. In 2015, after a career at the company that spanned almost 30 years and included the creation of the legendary Metal Gear Solid series, reported "power struggles" meant that Kojima finished up his work on Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, and departed the studio, with Konami's arm of Kojima Productions disbanded.
