Wilem Ong is the main boss that unlocks the Parry ability in Shadow Labyrinth, but you'll need to understand his attack pattern to beat him.
As you'd expect from a Metroidvania, Shadow Labyrinth is divided into multiple different areas, and most of them take you through a bunch of puzzle rooms with a final boss fight at the end. These fights lead to you getting various new abilities, making your further fights a little easier.
