How To Get More Morale For Ships In Anno 1800
Ships in Anno 1800 have very little Morale until you supply them with cargo and equip them with items.
Once you reach the third era in Anno 1800, the Age of Fine Craftsmanship, you'll start seeing Expeditions pop up on the World Map. These daring and dangerous text-based quests require you to send a ship away for an extended period of time, and the thing that determines whether you ever see the vessel and her intrepid crew again is Morale.
