Leon Kennedy Was Considered As Resident Evil Requiem's Main Character
Capcom has revealed that it considered Leon Kennedy as Resident Evil Requiem's main character, but eventually decided he was a "bad match" for horror.
Resident Evil Requiem is already shaping up to be one of 2026's best games, letting us head back to Raccoon City (even if it's just briefly) and giving us another truly spooky game in the series to get stuck into. Outside of the game's supposed main character, and the fact we can play in both third and first-person, we still actually don't know much about it, even though it's out in less than a year.
