Gaming comes in many forms and sizes, allowing you to immerse yourself in endless worlds, ranging from fantastical lands like Mario's Mushroom Kingdom to more realistic depictions such as Yakuza's Kamurochō, all featuring different gameplay and goals, which all get better and more detailed with each generation. However, before we had the blessing of SSDs, it would take quite some time to load these wonderful worlds.
