Across Donkey Kong Bananza, there are a bunch of fossils to collect. However, there is only one Extra Rare Fossil per layer, which is the biggest, most interesting fossil any given layer houses. There are a total of eight Extra Rare Fossils in the game, as not all layers have them, and despite their size, some can be very tricky to find.
