The team couldn't find an elegant way to include satisfying Commander decks in the upcoming Avatar: The Last Airbender set.
Magic: The Gathering has been gradually increasing its annual number of crossovers since the release of The Walking Dead collaboration in 2020. Now, there are several crossovers per year, with Marvel's Spider-Man scheduled to release at the end of September, and Avatar: The Last Airbender set to follow in November.
