Few things in life are so utterly inevitable as resellers. Pokemon cards are routinely sold out because of them, including most recently the minutes-to-eBay nonsense that was the launch of the TCG's Mega Evolution set. Many retailers will take precautions, but there's always going to be someplace for ethically devoid scalpers will bring their might to bear.
