MindsEye is easily one of the biggest, most high-profile gaming disasters that have taken place over the past few years, and that's during a period in which Concord exploded. MindsEye was a technical mess when it launched, compared to Cyberpunk 2077's legendarily bad release, which forced developer Build A Rocket Boy to cancel sponsored streams and address accusations of fake reviews.
