Nintendo Reaches Settlement With Genki Over Switch 2 Design Leak
Genki shared renders of a Switch 2 mock-up before the console had been officially announced.
The ever-litigious Nintendo has collected another payday, this time from a settlement reached with gaming accessory manufacturer Genki, which Nintendo sued for "trademark infringement, unfair competition and false advertising" back in May.
