Persona protagonists all have pretty different vibes. Sure, they're all designed to be blank slates that you can imprint your own personality onto, but they still have fun little qualities outside of that. Persona 3 protagonist Makoto comes off as angsty and moody, Persona 4 protagonist Yu feels the most like a leader, and Ren from Persona 5 is undoubtedly the goofiest of the lot.
