Pokemon And Magic Are Getting Too Expensive To Keep Up
It's a rough week for TCG fans with both Magic's Spider-Man and Pokemon Mega Evolutions launching on the same day.
Two of the most anticipated TCG sets in recent years are both launching on the same day this week. Magic: The Gathering’s first Marvel-themed Universes Beyond set, Spider-Man, and a new Pokemon TCG base set, Mega Evolutions, both arrive this Friday. I wish I was more excited, considering these two sets land at the intersection of at least five of my favorite things, but I just don’t know how I, or anyone, can collect these cards when they cost as much as they do.
