Pokemon Legends: Z-A Will Feature A Black Nurse Joy, And The Reactions Are Mostly Heartwarming
Nurse Joy's lore just got deeper.
For those unfamiliar with Nurse Joy lore, Joy isn't the character's first name, but rather the family name, and there are dozens of them working around the world doing their job to keep Pokemon safe and healthy. Since the inception of the Pokemon series, though, Nurse Joys have been explicitly white, and they all just happen to look a lot like each other.
