Zoro has a big final power-up coming up in Elbaf, and it might put him on the level of Mihawk in One Piece.
Zoro is the swordsman of the Straw Hat Pirates in One Piece and fans know him to be an incredibly powerful fighter. With the aim of becoming the strongest swordsman in the One Piece world, Zoro trains relentlessly and fights strong enemies so that he can one day defeat the strongest swordsman in the world, Dracule Mihawk. Zoro is extremely strong, but fans know very well that he isn't anywhere close to the level of the Admirals or the Yonko at the moment. These enemies will be incredibly difficult for Zoro to beat as things stand, and that's precisely why he needs a power-up.
