Sega, Crush 40 Lawsuit Over Sonic Adventure 2 Song "Live & Learn" Dismissed
It's still unclear who ultimately has the rights to the Sonic bop.
Nearly one year after Crush 40 band member Johnny Gioeli sued Sega over Sonic Adventure 2's "Live & Learn" theme song, alleging that Sega was in breach of contract for the song that the band created, and requesting compensation as well as a court order determining who actually owns the rights to the song, the lawsuit has been dismissed.
