Borderlands 4 presents the new planet of Kairos as a fully open world. Once you've established yourself and learned the ropes, you're turned loose to explore as you like, with the goal of bringing down the Timekeeper. To do this, you need to collect the Command Bolts of his three subordinates; Idolator Sol, Vile Lictor, and Callis.
