Using A Controller On Baldur's Gate 3 Changes The Game For The Better

Baldur’s Gate 3 is a CRPG; a Computer Role-Playing Game. By definition, these are RPGs that have evolved from the tabletop scene as a way of translating the complexities and immersion of TTRPGs into a virtual format. It was a particularly popular genre beginning in the ‘90s and into the early 2000s on PCs, with recognisable names like Fallout and Baldur’s Gate beginning their adventures in that genre. These types of games usually have a lot of menus, hotbars, and point & click functionality that makes them best suited (and often exclusive) to keyboard and mouse controls.
