Persona 5 The Phantom X's true level cap is surprisingly well concealed, with the game progressively unlocking the ability to raise your party to greater heights as Wonder himself reaches certain milestones. Generally, whenever Wonder reaches a level divisible by 10, the level cap for his party members and his Personas will also increase by 10.
