No matter how hard you try, you're never going to get the approval of all your Baldur's Gate 3 companions for every decision. While Karlach and Wyll will be glad that you wasted time saving some poor sod, Lae'zel and Astarion will be a bit annoyed. While the rise and drop in approval rating is negligible in each instance, every bit counts if you want to romance them.
