Dune: Awakening is a pretty polished game, especially for an MMO in which a multitude of different things can go wrong. It's got its issues, but they mostly involve design decisions like PvP and the lack of PvE stuff in the endgame. On the bugs and glitches front, it's pretty smooth sailing, but one particular issue has popped up recently that is separating players from their beloved ornithopters.
