The hype just doesn't seem to be there for Gearbox's upcoming looter-shooter, Borderlands 4.
Borderlands 4 is right around the corner. The fourth mainline entry in Gearbox Software's pioneering looter-shooter series is set to arrive on September 12, and despite a six-year gap between releases, the anticipation seems decidedly muted. The game that seems to be driving the most conversation right now is Hollow Knight: Silksong, a highly-anticipated indie which just launched to storefront-crashing interest. If people are discussing triple-A games online, they seem to be looking ahead to Grand Theft Auto 6.
