Octopath Traveler 0 Blends City Building And RPG Mechanics To Great Effect
There were a couple of things that made me realise that Octopath 0 isn't for me, but it's going to scratch that itch for fans of the series.
I liked the original Octopath Traveler. It was a novel idea, and it ushered in one of the coolest art styles gaming has ever seen, HD-2D. Its excessive runtime made it wear a bit thin with me, so it was never a game that I got around to finishing, and it was enough to put me off the second game altogether.
