They say life comes at you fast, and if you need any proof, then just look at Concord, arguably the biggest failure in PlayStation's three-plus-decade history. As it turns out, one year ago today, the live-service multiplayer hero shooter was first released, only for it to be pulled from stores altogether and eventually shutdown, all within two weeks.
